incoming voice guide on analog trunk

Hi all,

I have configured voice guide on release 9.1 GPA, all my voice guides are working properly except the incoming guide used in autoattendant defined in the trunkgroup, the problem with incoming guide is whenever a user calls the number sometimes the guide is heard after two bells and many times the guide is not heard. what could be the issue?

check timer numbr 86, make it's value of 10 or 5.
do u hv caller ID on ur system, if not , deactivate it from the Board parameters.
also in the VG make the parameter VG start to yes...

actually the Trunks were faulty from TELCO
