Alcatel Access point without control

hi all,
Kindly advise, whether Alcatel-Lucent access point without control can be work behind the Cisco switches. Without control, what is the missing feature which cannot be activate.

without controller - I assume you mean the IAP = instant accesspoints. One of the IAP - the master - is responsible for the others.
some restrictions:
- all IAP in one vlan (same l2-domain)
- max 16 AP
- no mesh
- no rap

Why not at an cisco switchd? It should work.
