Customized External Music not working for externa calls

Hello Guys,
I got an OXE, and i have connected an external music equipment which replaces the default alcatel on-hold music.
It was working fine for the internal calls and external calls. Now , when i received an external call and i place the call on hold
there is no on-hold music, just silence, therefore for the internal calls the on-hold music works perfectly.
I have checked the gd configuration, reboot the cs and the issue remains the same.
I also have rebooted the external music equipment and the same issue.
Any ideas what it could be?
