Hi everybody,

I have a problem : i could not import voice guide to 4645 AA by using Eva tool
The Oxe MG' version is: R9.1-i1.605-21-tr-c82
The PBX is working in USA so I installed USA database.
system's law is Mu law.I imported the voice by using
ftp under usr7/var/tmp nad wanted to use Eva_tool:
but unfortunatelyI always have this error:

What does formatall command do?
I need to set this up on mailbox for afterhours message for which a customer has provided a wav file converted through AAS.

how does this affect all setup mainlboxes, I am wondering.
