Automated Attendant

Hi team,

I am new to OXE.
Please confirm if the following requirement is possible, if yes how?

The requirement is that

All the calls on Analog trunks (we have 20) has to hit AA welcome menu followed by option to choose the extension or operator during day time. This is working fine.

During night hours it has to hit the night menu and this is working.

However the issue is when someone dial one specific trunk (here it is trunk 6), during night hours it has to hit extension xxxx. I am not able to manage this, any help is highly appreciated.

put that specific trunk in another trunk group and make a new entity.
In that entity, manage as u have managed in the previous entity but for the night menu u will hv to make another AA ,,, and in that AA , make it as route to pre programmed number and give it the extnsion numbr....
