error extension number???

Hi All,
We have an OXO rel 4.1 and 4760 rel 4.0.
Installation of 4760 software is fine, retrieving tickets are ok.
Our problem now is say extension 200, in the report generated for 200 its having a cut off time say 9AM, after 10AM the extension number of 200 becomes 49200, anyone encounter this problem we need to take out 49 from the extension number. any missing config on the PABX or 4760?
