4018 headset - Force headset not availabkle

Hi

I need to allow use of headsets for the 4018's we use onsite, I've brought an adapter so the handset jack can be split to handset and headset, however in Phone, Setting, the 'Force headset' option is not available.

We are using Omnivista 4760, and phone cos is set to 3.

I've checked the manual, and online, and can only find the force headset discussions, but not info on how to enable it on phones.

You need to create a headset key on the phone and activate it so the LED beside the key is lit
