sip extension

I have a problem where external call terminate upon picking, attached are the logs...heelp
hi and welcome Isaac, this fault is very common when the codecs are not compatable. it looks like G729 is being choosen so are buth devices ok with 729 ?
is this a sip extn, sip device or sip trunk? looks like extnal gateway 1000 is being used correct?
