Hi all,

I'm using a common hardware with Rel 9.0 patch 27.We are facing an issue onsite. When the users are making calls using digital extensions, the customer is complaining that the first time they call there is only one way communication between them. When they re try the call there is two way communication.


Scenario:
User A calls User B. User B is not able to hear A whereas A can hear B clearly. But when the call is disconnected and retried the communication is back to normal.

Can anyone please help me out in this urgently. What are the parameters we have to check.

Please help me out.... I'm getting incidents stating Compressor out of service and in service. Does this has anything to do with this??

For me it looks like a faulty daughterboard. Did you tried to replace first MADA board and then GD and see if the incident reproduces?

I have an activity tonight. I'm planning to replace both the GD and MADA board at the same time. But do you think this could be the issue..??

Is there any update on this issue ??, I have the same problem with this.. how to fix this??

I just changed the compression board... and it started working fine... I saw in compvisu when the call lands in the particular compression location there is one way communication...

I have plan to update the patch,, please help how is you change to compression board.

I changed the compressor card physically... no change on the configuration
