2)Can SIP 4038EE to be congured as standalone SIP user? from wich release?
3)We can configure some IPtouch as NOE and others IPtouch as SIP on same OXE, or OXE work only in one mode (NOE or SIP)?
4)Anybody has expirience conguring generic SIP phones on OXE? Wich models? On wich OXE release?
Thanks in advance,

Yes 4028, 4038 and 4068 EE can also work as a standalone SIP phone. (From R9.1 binaries)
Unfortunately it is not that easy to get them working. I agree that the documentation is not clear.
What I´ve done.
downloaded a tftpserver like
http://tftpd32.jounin.net/tftpd32_download.html and run it on my labtop.
Create a directory on my labtop and pointed the tftp to that directory.
In this directory I made 2 files. 1 file sipconfig.txt and the other sipconfig-macaddresofphone.txt
Both file´s contain the same information only in the sipconfig-macaddresofphone.txt the phonenr and name for the sip phone are stored.
I´ve attached the file´s to this post so you can see them for your self.
Step 2. Start the iptouch phone. When 2/5 is shown pres i and #.
First in ip parameter fill in config. Importent by tftp address fill in your ip address of your laptop. Save values and go back to main menu.
Then selcet Soft Infos and then Run Mode. change run mode from NOE to SIP. Save and the phone will reboot.
Now the phone boot. after 3/5 it connects to your tftp server and download the 2 files. If you have specify the correct information in the files then the sipphone will register on the sip proxy.
Good luck
Yes of course it can also be managed with the 4760 SIP server plug in.
