Reset password Alcatel-Lucent 4039

I would need to reset the password of my alcatel-lucent 4039 because the company that installed it did not use the generic password (0000) and I do not know what fixed.
You have two way:
- management - in user parameters you have item "secret code". Declare what you need (f.e. 0000);
- maintetnance - with "termstat d dir_number" command you can check users parameters/state (you can see password too).
