Cannot hear exact DTMF tone via IP touch.

Hi everyone,
Site OXE version is 'R10.0-j1.410-36' and call center. All agents use IP Touch 4038.
When agent is on phone with customer(external number), and customer press DTMF digits.
Agent can't hear exact DTMF tone. Just hear very short part of tone or nothing.
Is there any way to fix this?

You have DTMF detection problems?
Why is the way the agent hears DTMF tones relevant for you?

Agent need to collect customers account passward, they use some kind of DTMF tone dectecter.
Yeah,, maybe man based IVR...haha

Normal behavior. It's cutted by DSP.

Alcatel-Lucent made limited patch for this issue. Now can hear normal DTMF tone from IP Phone.

FYI, patch is 'J1410.51'
