The reason of the reset is 13 UA/UDP connection lost it means that the set doesn't receive the keep alive from the cpu. Most of the time this is a network problem.
To see what the reason of reset from the set is you can enable telnet for the set in ippstat. Then a telnet connection to the set and check with command defence 99 what the reason of reset is.

Most of the time it is the network. Sometimes it helps to increase udp lost and udp keep alive in the ip qos which belong to the ip domain of the sets. I set mostly udp lost to 15 and udp keep alive to 25. Remember a set needs a reset to get this new vallues in his memmory.

22/02/12 08:58:24 000001M|001/02/0/032|=4:0386=Sig. on IP set: No response from
set 00:80:9f:76:93:a5,1126
22/02/12 09:01:22 000001M|000/00/0/000|=4:0426=IPTOUCH terminal reset 1,00:80:9f
:76:93:a5,1126
22/02/12 09:01:23 000001M|001/02/0/032|=5:2053=Terminal 32 in service.

On doing the incinfo GEA & reading the cause it is Power Loss ....What does this mean ??

Please suggest !!!!

Is it only one or two sets that are constantly rebooting? Are you running two Call Servers? If you are unplug the sets do a double Bascul then reconnect them.
