i am new in Alcatel System.
i want to know how to create voice guide in PBX.

If any one to know to create Voice Guide please share.

in simple way:
if you want to active static voice guide you have to load Static voice guide with AAS(alcatel audio program) in your board "GPA or GD"
for dynamic you have to record your voice and create vpr file and transfer to pbx.
you can download AAS on BP website.
