Problem with calculate cost for OmniVista 4760

Dear All!

I encounter the problem when i tried to print out the telephone bill for my customer: They are using OmniVista R5.2 for OXE R9.1, just in mettering mode (license). The Call Records are include called number, duration, ext... but without cost in spite of I have already created the carrier, tariff,...

Does any one get this problem before?

If I may add, were you able to manage the PCX field under the created Regions?
