Hi~

I had change cs server IP and reboot call server

and M2 cabinet GPA2 board no problem without one GPA2 board

problem GPA2 board is out of service

If GPA2 in-service, I cann't dynamic voice guide and system voice guide.

so I tring below :


first :

delete board and new create : fail

second :

reset board : fail

third :

when GPA2 board status is in service, delete the dynamic voice guide and new added : fail

fourth :

GPA2 board have 2 battery so I change the another battery : fail

now I did the status in service but I can't upload dynamic voice guide and system voice guide.

GPA2 board configure are same another GPA2 boards.

I attaching the data with problem GPA2 board

I ran the same command in my pbx and this is the result:

Batteries for backup of voice guides are GOOD--------- this is your problem, can you try to change the card?
slot 1: Card status register= 4E identifier=
Static voice guide Language: "in this part show the configuration your pbx has" (in my case it has a project of voice)

I opend the eSR about this problem.

so I did indicated the cause.

GPA2 board was problem. I changed the GPA2 board.

I resolved the problem.
