hi~

I confirm everyone to my know where is right or not.

so I request our sales man about ACTIS list.

but I don't know what is this.

question :

ACTIS -> contact enter / IVR is

Declared agents : I will use count agents


Simultaneously logged-in agents : at the same time login agents

Agents with private extension : i don't know what's mean

I hope know what really is right and If i wrong, I know right answer.

what is Declared agents ?

Declared agents is two option to below :

1. Simultaneously logged-in agents
2. Agents with private extension

what is means two option exactly?
