Extending voice guide recording times

Hi,

We record messages via a 4035 that then gets played when people ring our main office. I was just wondering how you can make the time allowed to record a message longer?

Hi. First of all you have to open this kind of topic in an other part of the forum. Then, about your question, when you record using a 4035 you always have the maximun time that the board (where you asign the VG file) allow to record. So, if you need more time select an other board (you can use GPA, CPU6, GD, GA and others that are face out) or desable VG that you are not using any more. Regards.
