Speed dialing configuration on OXE
Posted: 16 Apr 2012 04:49
Hi everyone,
I am going to integrate OXE system release 9.1 with PANASONIC. The connection between two systems is over QSIG. The trunk group for this connectivity is trunk number 5. The numbers on OXE are 5000-5499. The PANASONIC extensions are 2000-2600; 3000-3800 and 4200-4400.
Till now I have configured 8 as a prefix to access trunk number 5 and after this to dial extensions on PANASONIC. It works perfectly.
What I am looking for is how to complete configuration on OXE in order to call directly on PANASONIC extensions without prefix.
For example, if I want to call extension 2000 (which is on PANASONIC) will be very comfortable to call directly 2000 (without prefix 8 at beginning).
Can I do this with speed dialing ? If yes please who can write down for me all the steps to complete it. (remember: I don't have enough experience on OXE, so please write for me in details).
Thank you very much in advance,
Waiting for any suggestion.
Kind regards
Nardi
