Alcatel Unleashed

The vm is set as auto attendant to distribute the external calls,but when a user is busy,it plays YOUR CORRESPONDENT IS BUSY PLEASE DIAL EXTENSION NUMBER.
I do not need it work this way,instead call should ring for some time and then vm should play the above prompt.
Is it possible .if so what are the steps?
Because in the default state user can not receive second waiting call.
The camp on is set for all users in the features.
The oxo is R5.1.

In OXO half-supervised type of transfer from auto-attendant is set by default. You can change this type of transfer to blind transfer in System Misc./ Memory R/W/ Other labels/ AATypTrf=00 instead of 02 (by default). You can read about this in TC (Technical Communication) number 80 edition 5.

I am with tha same problem, but I can't resolve it following your steps.

There is other setting to be reviewed?

Make a worm reset after label modification also tick realeavant and write when modifying labels.
