Sip trunk between Oxe R10 and aastra 5000

Hi,

We try to interconnect Oxe and aastra with SIP Trunk.

The config is done but we don't call aastra extension from oxe and we don't call oxe extension from aastra.

On oxe, when I composed 6811 (extension number of the aastra), "Forbidden" is display on my 4028.

I think the problem is related to authentication.

Enclosed the configurations of the Oxe and the aastra.

Thank for you help.

Why if you put on OXE no authentication then on your other device you put OXE as user and a password? what is that OXE user?
We need also OXE SIP log traces for a better understanding of your issue.

With Oxe, we can choice no authentification but not with the aastra.
Oxe user is the user configured as incoming username.

What are the best traces for this problem "Forbidden is displayed"

Thanks

Best traces? The only traces possible, SIP ones...
If you put the SIP Registrar on OXE as No Authentication then why you send authentication? Set is as Digest

I have just put Digest on proxy and external gateway, the problem is similary.
I will make traces.

I have used SIPDUMP but the traces are null. SIPDUMP purposes only traces with calls but I cant' make calls to the aastra

Can I make traces with tcpdump or wiresharks. Which ports are to be analyzed (CS, GD or my Ipphone 4038).

Thanks

Hi

Do a tcpdump/wireshark traces of the CS and post here.
If you can't call aastra, the first step is to see the packets between this one and OXE and understanding why you don't call.
