Does anyone had any experience with the new OS6450's??
They tell me they are very similar to the 6850 except for the support for dynamic routing protocols...
Thanks in advance...

they've right, somehow,
my opinion, OS6450 is between OS6250 and OS6850.
Gigabit-Switch upgradeable to 10GbE per license key, have the same version as 6250 :
6.6.2(3).
10- and 24-port models are fan less.
OS6450-10(L): 8 RJ-45 10/100/1000 Base-T + 2 RJ-45/SFP Gigabit Combo (
L - upgradeable to Gigabit per license)
OS6450-(P)24: 24 RJ-45 (PoE 802.3af/at) 10/100/1000 Base-T + 2 SFP+ 10GbE-Ready
OS6450-(P)48: 48 RJ-45 (PoE 802.3af/at) 10/100/1000 Base-T + 2 SFP+ 10GbE-Ready
OS6450-U24 : 22 SFP 100/1000 Base-X + 2 RJ-45/SFP Gigabit Combo + 2 SFP+ 10GbE-Ready
3 optional extension modules on the back side(except OS6450-10):
2 Port 10GbE SFP + Stacking
2 Port Gigabit SFP-Modul
2 Port Gigabit RJ-45-Modul

in 6450 you need metro-licence. You can check your installed licences with
-> show license info
And for demo you can activate it for 15 days with:
-> license unlock feature ?

METRO GIG 10G
