SIP Intrusion/Barge in. Turret end point.

Hi,

I installed Alcatel OXO's for 4 years with some Enterprise and the old 4200 switches. So I am hoping someone can point in me in the right direction, so that I can progress a project I am working on.

I know work for a company who manafacture there own IP Voice products aimed at the finance markets. Our main IP device is a Turret Dealer Board, we provide Digital E1 connectivity into SIP through our gateway for Private Wire and Hoot and Holler.

It also hangs off the back of a PBX as a SIP Endpoint with full functions as in Hold, Transfer, Conferencing, Call pick up, Common lamping. This all works well on the back of CUCM and Avaya Media gateways.

The main thing out of all of the above is also we have full "Barge In" of other team user lines with the option of using a Privacy key to also block other users from "Barge In" or in the AL world "Intrusion"

Can this be done with OXE. Any help really appreciated.

There are some interworking reports on IPC Unigy SIP turrets with OXE (R10 is the latest SW version tested). They state that no problem with barge-in feature detected.
