Hi all,

R9.1-i1.605-29

I have a gsm gateway connected to the OXE with sip trunk. When we make a external call from the softphone and then we transfer to another softphone, after a few seconds (10 approx.) the call hangs up. When the calls are made from a analog trunk it is succesfull.

could someone help me with this case? :?

I make a test, and capture all the logs.
Softphone1, is the one that make the external call.(wireshark capture) --> IP = 10.82.56.125 ; Extension 81000
Softphone2, is the one where i transfer the call.(wireshark capture) --> IP = 10.82.56.124 ; Extension 81102
External number = 0983730125
GSM GATEWAY = 10.82.56.28
OXE = 10.82.56.60

Also, i capture the motortracer from the oxe.
Is there any other log that you could need..
Thanks for answering

What I can see is that by some reason there is no connection on RTP port 32514 and therefore after a timer reaches it is released. Can you do a sniffer capture also on your SIP GSM and on OXE? (tcpdump -l 15000 -w capture.cap)

Hi

There is a message DESTINATION UNREACHABLE (host unreachable) from 10.82.56.1, what is that IP address??
As cavagnaro posted, please get traces from GSM gateway and OXE CS. It seems something like if the voice packets didn't go to the GSM and the call were released.

Regards.
