My IC can't login

Hi,
I'm fairly new to the Alcatel UC environment, but I do have an issue with my MY IC program.
When I launch My IC it pops up for Username / Password, which is setup in the Webadmin environment already.
All users are configured on the webadmin, so there is no interaction with Active Directory or anything.
Now, when I fill in my details and press Ok, it dissappears for a moment, but then the same screen pops up again.
When I try to login to the websoftphone, which should be the same as the My IC locally. The same issue pops up. I fill in my name and password, but is not accepted.
The message on the websoftphone page is "Log again, either your login or password was wrong". But when I look in the webadmin part, the number of login failures is always 0.
It seems somehow it is not communicating. The message that login or password is wrong seems to be misleading.
It is configured to TSLv1(that's what I see in my traffic dump), on the server's webinterface it also uses port 443.
Can someone point me in the right direction where to look why I can't login (all boxes for the webservice and IC are ticked, so the profile must be correct)
All your assistance is greatly appreciated!
/Jasper
