Making SIP trunk private in OXE

Hello everyone,

I have a very complex situation but I will try to make it simple.
I have an OXE sistem which is connected to a CC over SIP trunk and there is also a Siemens PBX which is connected to OXE over QSIG-GF. Agents on CC can not call users on Siemens but OXE users can. The problem is that Siemens is accepting calls which are seen as internal (private) and its configuration can not be changed. When the call comes from CC, after transit to Siemens, the call to Siemens is seen as public and Siemens can not route the call to appropriate user.
My question is how to make SIP trunk to be seen in OXE as private (ideal situation is for OXE to show extension numbers from CC with B in front of extension number. In this case I will use external call back translator but I will be sure that it is seeing SIP trunk as private). In the documentation there is an example of this and in this example there is a B in fron of the extension but I can not manage this stuation. I have made ABC-F SIP trunk group, calls towards CC over SIP are mix of network numbers and ARS, and all the rest but it is not working.

Does anyone have any idea how to make it work?

Thank you in adavance!
