I have a big problem.

I was installing a Enterprise, and my CS Board stop working. Then we change the board, and that message "30 remanining day(s) to fix this issue." appear. When we receive license with the new Cpu-Id, the system just don't accept, I made the copy whit the filezilla, and send the swinst restore the OPS files. After a time the following message appear:

ERROR: Bad value for package IP-Softphone Attendants number 1
********INVALID NEW FILE software.mao: copy not done ***
ERROR OPS files not copied

It's a Release 10

So, anyone knows if I will have to clean the CS and Install everething again, step by step?

Thanks...

No. You don't have license for IP softphone attendant in the new license, but you have one configured in the database. You should remove IP attendant and restore the software key.

tot3nkopf,

thanks for the answer. I'll try this option, but I see in that screen before the OPS instalation that there is a License for IP Attendant in it. Before that message the system tells that the Version of the file changes for 2 to 4. Do you think that this change can hava anything to do with that problem?

Best Regards

Try that first.
OPS Version 2-->4 change is normal, but means that another ops file was released by ALU (3) at some point.

Thanks a lot. I did what you've said and the OPS files are updated now. The original files have 2 IP Attendant installed, and this new files have just 1 license. Everything its ok now!
