Problems with the configuration of AA Menu

Please, when i'm configuring the AA menu in the OXO, i see i only can create one "submenu", i mean, when i'm loading the options (option 1 for example), i put "sub menu" there, but when i go inside "sub menu" don't let me to create another "submenu" inside this "submenu", is posible this?, please, if someone knows how, please tell me! thanks

AA allowes only two levels. You need MLAA for more than that.

now i got the MLAA license, and i don't know what to do to change the normal AA by the MLAA, do you now? please, if you can explain me step by step is going to be awesome!! i was searching about this configuration for days in a lot of places, if you now how to implement, please say me!

that explanation is for the normal AA, not for mlaa..

for activating the mlaa i have to disable the basic AA hitting in "disable voice processing"? or i don't have to be worried about the "ex" AA? actually i have activated the integral voice processing, but i wanna change it by the MLAA, and this change i don't know how to do. i don't know which attendant groups or hunting groups to use..

Do you see the ACD services in OMC? Did you upload the ACD service packages with LoLa?
In OMC help search for MLAA.

no because ACD has an apart license of MLAA and i don't have, i have to get both to make the mlaa work? i have to necessarily buy the ACD license?

MLAA is built on ACD engine. You need to upload that packages.
