OXO : Transferring extention does not appear

Hi all,
Calls generated by V24/OXO does not specify the transferring extention :
i.e :
1) Extention 2001 dials outgoing number 0123456789 ==> V24 gives --> 2001 / Name2001 / 01-01-2012 / 13:00 / 0123456789 / 00:02:12 ....
2) Extention 2001 transfers to Extention 2002 ==> V24 gives --> 2002 / Name2002 / 01-01-2012 / 13:12 / 0123456789 / 00:00:55 ....
1) The problem is that the Data generated in (2) does not specify that the call was transfered by Extention 2001. This is a problem for billing softwares as bellow :
The total of duration is 00:03:07 = 187 seconds. The cost of the two communications must be the cost of only 187 seconds ...
2) An other problem when the hole cost must be charged to the originating extention ...
3) I think that even 4760 has these problems ... am I wrong ?
