I purchased an IP_SIP license in order to be able to use the X-lite softphone to make some tests, and the Alcatel technical support guys have given me the extension and the password (extension example: 10001, password example: 12345678), but I have not been able to make xlite work; I have other pimphonies extensions that I am trying to call but no luck. I'm new to voIP so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or I'm missing some codec stuff,

I would really appreciate any help on this topic

Sorry for my late response, the issue is fixed, but belowed more info:

1. We rent the PBX so we outsource the support, not us.
2. The issue was fixed by activating the proxy server on the X-Lite softphone, somehint like 10.10.0.1:5059
(the port is the key)
