integration with Quescom 300 SIP

Hello,

we configured OXE R9.1 for SIP trunk to be connected with Quescom 300 SIP, when trying to initiate the call I always got 500 Internal error server, attached screenshot of wire shark captures.
OXE is 172.20.30.3
Quescom 172.20.30.9
4068IP set is 172.20.30.6

configuration of the SIP Trunk is standard like the example configuration in the Alcatel Document

Any recommendation or advice.
