a4-chds3 card config

I am new to Alcatel and I need to configure a a4-chds3 card, I have the card provisioned but I can't find how to configure the DS3 settings (channel-groups, LSDs, LSPs, etc) anyone have a sample config I can look at, or documentation you can point me to?
