Which protocol is used for My pocket phone? Will any free ware soft phone for windows 2005 work with alcatel?

It uses the same UA propetary protocol as MyIPSoftphone Desktop.
You can use a SIP Client as alternative.

is myipsoftphone desktop same like 4980? where/how can i get any of these softphone to use with omni pcx enterprise,please?

No, 4980 is another application.
Under BPWS check for it (MyIPPhoneDesktop). You must buy licenses or you can use the free forever4035 that Slim made, great tool. Search for it on this forum.

My 4400(omni pcx entp-rel 7.1) and my pc is in same network.4400 is connected to the network through INTIPA. have some iptouch phone also working. which soft phone i can use in my pc?

Eh...None? If you doesn't have 4980 licenses (which runs in parallel to your phone, like a new phone or a nomadic mode of your phone) you can't use it.
MyIPPhoneDesktop like Forever4035 (slim software) is a direct replacement of 4035/4068 Telephone sets.
