Hi Everyone,

Do you know where to manage the minimum pulse length.
I'm getting thousands times the incident 3787 "NDDI/APA: meter pulse too short"

incinfo 3787 returns this:

Incident number (q to quit):3787

INCIDENT NUMBER: 3787
Network indicator: Alcatel 4400
OBJECT CLASS: Dhs3Board
EVENT TYPE: ProcessingErrorAlarm (10)
PROBABLE CAUSE: Unknown (0)
SEVERITY: Minor

"NDDI/APA: meter pulse too short"
"NDDI/APA - METER PULSE OUT OF RANGE (< MIN)"
"The pulse received is shorter than the minimum expected."
"no reaction of the system."
"Check the management of the minimum pulse length.";

And here is the PCx version:

CPU type : cpu82
Linux version : 72.4

Delivery software version : j1.410 ;
Patch version : 38 ;
Dynamic patch version : c ;

MAO software version : J1.410.38 ;
Software Version Name : R10.0 ;

Any help will be welcome. The documentation is of no help.

Hello Haroun,

it's a charged NDDI.

I'll post tomorrow the trunk cos parameters.
FYI, outgoing Calls and accounting is OK.
