Hi,
is it possible to add a suffix to a programmed key for a 4435 ACD user?
I need a speed dialing key to call a asterisk extension wich record the call. To record the call I want to call the asterisk extension and make a 3 party conference with the suffix "3". If i Dial it manually it works but I can't get the speed dialing key to work.

The asterisk extension is 71234.
I tried 712343 and 71234*3
The call goes to asterisk but no 3 party conference.

So it isn't possible to put a prefix in a speed dial key or to automatic make an 3 party conference with one key?

Maybe someone knows a workaround or so?
