IP users and echo on APA cards

Hi! (Sorry I put first this topic on Networking).

I have a system with OXO Rls 8.2 and 90 IP extensión. The entire system uses analog lines with APA cards. When users make a calls from IP phones echo is herad for 30 or 40 seconds and decreases until is almost out. If a user makes a call from an analog phone no problem.

Someone faced a similar problem?

All user , on details have activated echo cancellation.


Any sugestions? Thanks in advance.

connect Earth to your system other wise change in your trunk category to short or long line ,maybe fix it.

When I change parameters on trunk category (short line; normative) no more echo. There is a 2 ports on Gateway VoIP Quintum, then the Quintum team work with delays and timers and no more echo too. Thank you!
