Problem after installing My Instant Communicator

Hi,
We get a error message after installing the My IC. (see attachement)
We use Windows 7 Enterprise (x64). PCs are clients in our domain.
The error only appears for a normal user with normal user rights. Under a admin user we doesn't get this error.
Does anybody know a solution for this?
