CCA agent Nat traversal

The target installation can be resumed as follow : the PC stations are running on 172.16.x.x network meanwhile the CCA server (and the call server ) is in a 10.5.x.x network . Between the two LAN (they are in same building) there is a firewall with oneto-one nat activated . It seems the cti protocl does not support the NAT translation . Do you know something about it?
