Hi everyone,
I could connect to a PBX OXO via the LAN. But I cannot anymore. I get the folowing messages :
File transfert:
Sending file c:\progra~1\pcxtools\omc\r800_24.1\temp\1\OMCrequest_0000 to PBX failed
After pressing OK I get this message:
Save/restore failure with code 20491
I tried to re-install OMC, but it does nothing.
I found questions about the problem, but not answers... If anyone could help, it would be very apreciated.
Thanks
Connexion troubles to OXO, error save/restore 20491

Re: Connexion troubles to OXO, error save/restore 20491
Hello,
I'm having the exact same problem for one of our systems. my OMC v.810.22.1a.
Tried logging in from 2 different PC's to branch office IP got this error.
Tried both PC's to connect to Main office, no problem.
Problem occurred after we had powercuts for 1-2day.

Hi everyone,
I have the same problem, someone has solved it?
I have a windows 7 laptop, OMC v.900 13.1a
Before replacing my hard disk with a SSD onem everything was working; I have already tried to unistall and reinstall OMC software.
Thank you a lot for any suggestion

Re: Connexion troubles to OXO, error save/restore 20491
I resolved the problem adding a connection rule on the "Windows Defender Firewall", I authorized for all profile the program
%ProgramFiles% (x86)\PCXTools\OMC\R52.0_18.1a\bin\omc.exe
%ProgramFiles% (x86)\PCXTools\OMC\R52.0_18.1a\bin\omc.exe
