I have 4645 Voice Mail & am facing the issue that if someone (internal /external) leaves a voice message on a particular Extn & if that particular Extn is off hooked I should get a prompt similar as "You have Voice messages waiting.To COnsult your Mailbox Pls dial #64".
But Now I am not geeting this prompt.The Voice Messages are sent & retrieved also but this particular tone is not coming.
Please help me with this .
