with the Ftp tool what password do I use to get to the usr3/

Hallo all

Please help I need to get our omnivista 4760 working
I tried to connect with the ftp tool and extract out .sw4760 file to register it
but I only get to /usr2/mtcl/
and I need to get to /usr3/mao/ to download the xxxxx.zip file
Can Anybody help Please posting.php?mode=post&f=14#

after ftp login do a :
lcd /usr3/mao

Do not go to usr3/mao, as this is the ACTIVE directory. If you need the file, backup your OPS and go to usr4/BACKUP/OPS

Thanks ,I using filezila to ftp to the system ,any suggestions on what ftp tool to use I do not want to kill my Pabx

filezilla is ok, just know what you are doing.
you can use the ftp from Windows too but that one is not so pretty

Thanks should I log in with the mtcl user and mtcl pass or do I need to use a

use mtcl but with caution.
