Hi All,

See the attached screenshot. All of my users get this or some random variation when logging in to My Instant Communicator. I realize this one says away timer but it's not that every time. Using IE9 and ACS 9.1.0b6350. Anyone seen this and know what to do to resolve? Thanks in advance.

I think it is a bug on TW, I had similar issues last year, upgrade to last version

Thanks for the response.. I am almost positive that we just performed the latest upgrade. Do you know what version # the latest is so I can verify?

Then issue is different...is TW on Trusted Zone?
