OXO External Call forwarding issue

Hello,

We have an OXO in our compagny, and I'm facing an issue with incoming external calls. we have several external lines.

When the internal phone receive the external call , and there is no response the call is forwarded to two (02) internal numbers; 100 and 105.

I'm wondering how to delete the forwarding to the 105 without any success.

I have this issue with all externals lines.

Call forwarding can be achieved through different methods: forward, dynamic routing, group overflow...
Read the system documentation and check user parameters, hunt group, attendant groups configuration, etc.
We cannot guess which one is your case (no crystal ball around here).

Seguramente tendra un desvio a un grupo de lineas agrupadas.solo tienes que entrar en dicho grupo y eliminar la ext que deseas.
