Statistics Manager calls going to VM

I have a customer who utilizes the statistics manager software for their ACD groups. They would like to know the calls that go to VM. I have read through the manual and even used the software but do not clearly see how I can determine if I can see how many calls went to VM. According to ALU TAC the new release can. Any help would be appreciated.
