help!

My OV4760 is coming up with error regarding my license is approaching 91% for some of my telephone stations, accounting etc....

Any ideas on what exactly is causing this problem?
Appreciate any input or comments.

It just notifies you that you have 91% of the license used.
Example: 91 users out of 100 possible in license use accounting services.
