I need to know if anyone has come across a problem where the handset itself hangs up via the mouthpiece not the earpiece, my customer has problem with new hands free and it lifts the ear piece off buy wont pick the call up because the magnet is in the mouthpiece.

Anyone know of product that lifts mouthpiece up not ear piece.

I have used the Plantronics HL1 headset lifter (this is not a great solution but it works). This can be adjusted to pick up the mouth piece.

Outside the United States they sell an electronic hookswitch, it's a Plantronics AP-2 that does not require a headset lifter.
