Why is the CLID 'secret' ?

I am no OXE expert and I am looking here where to look for in the system to find out a solution.
I will simplify the problem :
2 OXE systems with hybrid link (prob. ISDN-IP), version i1.605.21. Call them A and B.
Call from set in B to A shows 'secret' in A (no DN from B) although B is not in 'secret' mode.
If anyone can give me an idea where to look for

If when B calling, A called and A not see "B number" on display - user B use secret/identity feature. Dial secret/identity prefix for ordering/canceling.
(for old set like 4035 - press "ISDN' key, after soft key "secret").
In additional - Check "Entity", Item "Caller Id Secret".

- Can 'secret' be checked for in mgr extension level ?
- Caller id sec = no.
Let me expand my question a bit cause I tried to simplify too much
:
The info behind the '->' is what we expect.
Local call from B to A, receiver gets 'secret'. -> Should be 'name' instead.
External call from B thru A, receiver gets 'secret'. -> ok.
Local call from A within A, receiver gets 'name'. -> ok
External call from A, receiver gets 'secret'. -> ok
They seem to be also a parameter called 'Consistent with identity' within the dyn.state.
I don't know exactly what that one does.
