if you don't want to make your own cable you can use the blue cisco-console-cable. you must only cut the rj45, take a new one but spin it befor crimping.
Another way is to use the old cisco-console-adapter but with a 1:1 cable

i've got old DB25 (male) cisco to RJ45 adapter.
"29-0081-01" or "modem CAB-5MODCM"
could it be used with CMBRA (connecting box for 4400) ?

Hi,
I believe the cisco cables can't be use with common hardware, or new int-ip boards.

This might be too late but if you cut the RJ45 off the end of the cisco lead the re crip a new RJ45 the other round that works fine

If you use the DB9 rj45 Cisco terminal Adapter, open it and cut the red cable. If you don't cut the red cable, the CS can reboot when you plug on the console port.
Best regards
