Network Congestion on Svp Server with 20 user

Hi All
I have a problem with svp server...when i call from One Ip Touch to another it's OK..but when i call from analog and digital phone to Ip Touch it shows Network Congestion...i do'nt know what to do Please help me.

Hi All
I Solve the problem my self...i check the back panel of int-if and change the RJ-45...also you can check the int-ip card with this command ( intipstat ) to see if the secondry cpu or main cpu can see this...Also you can check the int-ip card to see if this is in service or not ( config no.of creastal )..for examp..config 0
