Hi all,

Is it possible to set up hours for the agents as a pilote. I want to logoff agents automatically when it's 18:00pm by example....

I am not sure that you can automatically logoff an agent.
I know you cant force it to log off manually from the CS.
What about closing the CS at 18:00 ?

If not, maybe do a script using the CRONTAB with a outserv / inserv on those sets ?

All you have to do is forward the Pilot in the Rule schedules, calls to the CCD will route the calls.

or

Leave the Pilot open and havell the call ring the agent and set "withdrawal on no answer" in the PG to true and let the Block rule take over after all the Agent go into withdraw (this will pi%$ if caller)

The supervisor make stat on the time of withdraw and he don't want to see theses withdraw the night when the pilot is closed and the agent forget to logoff....
