Is it possible to set up hours for the agents as a pilote. I want to logoff agents automatically when it's 18:00pm by example....

All you have to do is forward the Pilot in the Rule schedules, calls to the CCD will route the calls.
or
Leave the Pilot open and havell the call ring the agent and set "withdrawal on no answer" in the PG to true and let the Block rule take over after all the Agent go into withdraw (this will pi%$ if caller)
